Meanwhile, many students create their own educational environment, combining different services Web 2.0, which they find most comfortable. Cloud computing offers new opportunities for schools to provide dynamic and relevant, based on Internet technology applications for e-learning. Cloud computing provides a high level of customer service and compliance with e-rate policy of the institution and the state education standards. This technology has influenced the architecture and logistics services provided by the introduction of training courses. Cloud technologies bring with them new risks but also opportunities for schools and students, respectively, to give and receive better services for less money. This is likely to inflict a serious blow to the business model developed by existing suppliers VLE, delivering an integrated set of tools for e-education, deployment and maintenance of IT department of the institution.
